Immigration Evaluations

At Healing & Hope Clinical Counseling LLC, we specialize in conducting psychological immigration evaluations to support various immigration petitions. These assessments document the emotional, psychological, and trauma-related experiences of individuals. They provide objective and trauma-informed clinical findings that aid immigration officials in understanding the psychological impact of past experiences and current stressors. Our evaluations adhere to USCIS guidelines and prioritize cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, and client dignity and safety.

Our Services

VAWA Cases 

The psychological evaluation will assess the impact of domestic violence.

T-Visas 

In a T-Visa case, an evaluation assesses the psychological effects of having been a victim of labor or sex trafficking.

U-Visas 

This type of visa is for individuals who have been a victim of a serious crime.

Hardship Cases 

For individuals or family members facing significant emotional or psychological hardship if separation or deportation occurs.

What to Expect:

  • Interviews usually last 2-3 hours and are done virtually​​

  • We will discuss family history, current symptoms, work history, education, and physical & mental health

  • All evaluations are HIPAA compliant and confidential

  • You do not have to answer questions that you are not comfortable with

  • Reports usually take 2-3 weeks to complete. If it is needed sooner, there is an expedited fee

  • Evaluations are $1600 and must be paid before your appointment

  • You will be given a list of therapists in your area to continue therapy if interested​
